Thank you for opting into SMS communication with MediFreda. By consenting to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Consent for SMS Communication
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from Beauty Boost Med Spa. All information collected during the SMS consent process will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
2. Types of SMS Communications
You may receive the following types of SMS messages based on your relationship with us:
Customers and Guests: Updates on appointments, orders, promotions, special offers, or other relevant information.
Job Applicants: Updates regarding application status, interview scheduling, onboarding materials, or other employment-related communications.
3. Standard Messaging Disclosures
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Additional Terms
For the health and safety of all patients, we do ask that you leave your pets at home before coming in to your appointment at Beauty Boost. If you do bring in a pet with you that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our office prior to your appointment. We do ask you to provide valid paperwork reflecting the service animal status of your pet if you do bring them into the office. This avoids any sort of inconvenience to you and your pet, so we ask that you leave them at home.
